»about the character Carlisle«

He's currently a medical doctor at Forks Community Hospital in Forks, WA. He has been practicing medicine for quite some time now, it is his greatest passion. To gain some understanding of who he is, you must get to know some of his history.
It is a story like no other, and without the events that have taken place in his past, He would not be the individual that he is today. In fact, He wouldn't even exist.

He is originally from London, England. He was born sometime after the 1640's. He do not know the exact date of his birth; time was not kept as accurately in that period. His father was an Anglican Pastor as well as a persecutor of Roman Catholics. He was also a strong believer in the existence of witches and vampires.

At the age of 23, he became one of them; the very monster that his father dedicated his life to hunting for and destroying. He knew he could never face him again. He was appalled by what he had become; appalled by his nearly uncontrollable thirst for human blood. So much so that he hid hisself away from the world and welcomed starvation. But when this attempt, along with numerous others, to destroy the horrible creature he has become, failed, he gave into the thirst and attacked a herd of dear.
